Our menu is guided by the seasons—rooted in what’s fresh, local, and available. We forage, preserve, and prepare throughout the year, making our own bread, butter, ferments, and preserves in-house.
At the heart of this approach is The Nursery—our kitchen garden just steps away from the restaurant. Here, our team grows a wide variety of herbs, vegetables, and edible flowers, harvested daily and used to shape our menus. It’s seasonal dining at its freshest—straight from soil to plate.
