Our wine list starts close to home, working with local vineyards that share our focus on sustainability and quality. At its heart is our partnership with Redhill Estate, just seven miles away, where we’ve spent over six years developing our own Bowley’s wines.

The list is concise and intentional, centred on growers we know and trust—from England and beyond. We favour wines with balance, character, and a strong sense of place, often produced with minimal intervention. Each bottle is selected to complement the food—enhancing rather than overpowering—while still standing confidently on its own. Thoughtful, uncomplicated, and made to be enjoyed.
