wines from Philippe Brugnon The highlight being the opportunity for every guest to saber a bottle of Philippe Brugnon's Champagne. This unique and thrilling experience will add an extra element of excitement to the already elegant affair. The Philippe Brugnon estate is renowned for its exquisite NV Brut, Cuvee Elegance, and 100% Pinot Noir Rose Champagnes, each aged in bottle for 2-4 years in their remarkable caves.
