Sabrage Evening

Bowleys invites you to an unforgettable evening of sparkle, sabrage and seasonal flavour, in partnership with Champagne.

We’ll kick off the night on our terrace with live music and a selection of elegant canapés to set the perfect tone.

Then, step inside the restaurant for a specially curated tasting menu that showcases the very best of the season and the Garden of England. Each course has been carefully paired with outstanding France wines from Champagne , chosen to complement and elevate the flavours of the evening.

A highlight of the night will be a sabrage demonstration and masterclass — the thrilling art of opening sparkling wine with a saber.
