We have had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was so peaceful and just what we needed. Adele was helpful and welcoming and made our stay feel special. Our meal at Bowleys was delicious, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of being able to have breakfast delivered.

Such a lovely, peaceful stay. So good we stayed an extra night. Adele was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely accommodation and fabulous food at Bowleys where all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommended.

While the lodge is NOT part of Bowley’s at The Plough, it is located in the private garden of a local villager’s cottage, providing a peaceful and full of character setting with a warm, homely atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a unique blend of comfort, privacy, and local charm.
Please note that a friendly dog named Buddy lives in the main house. He’s well-behaved, sociable, and loved by visitors.
