This May, Bowleys invites you to an unforgettable evening of sparkle and seasonal flavour, in partnership with Nyetimber.

We’ll begin the evening on our terrace with a sabrage ceremony — the dramatic opening of Nyetimber’s finest bottles by saber — accompanied by a selection of elegant canapés to set the tone.

Then, step into our restaurant for a carefully curated tasting menu that celebrates the best of the season and the Garden of England. Each course will be paired with exceptional English sparkling wines from Nyetimber, chosen to complement and elevate the flavours of the evening.
